...but here's a little about me

I’ve been mentoring since 2007, starting when I was a Sports Therapy lecturer in London before moving on to mentor physiotherapists at a multidisciplinary clinic in Bath, where I was a senior practitioner. After stepping away from these roles, I continued to offer support to ex-students and colleagues when they reached out, and over time this has evolved into a successful online mentorship. The positivity from these interactions has inspired me to extend my support to more Sports Therapists who may need guidance.

I’m not here to list all my achievements—this journey is about you. But, just so you know, I’ve had a diverse and rewarding career in Sports Therapy (that's still ongoing!), graduating in 2003 , working across a wide range of settings—from being a sole practitioner to managing multi-practitioner clinics, lecturing, and collaborating with sports teams in the UK and overseas. I’ve also run my own businesses and worked for others, so whatever your situation, chances are I’ve faced something similar. Let me help you navigate your path and achieve your full potential.
